Aiming for a "standard solution", TOM TAILOR decided on SAP OmniChannel POS by GK as the product and consenso as the implementation partner for the necessary replacement of their POS systems.

Besides the conversion to GK OmniPOS, Manufactum is planning the system-supported expansion of omni-channel processes such as Click&Collect, Click&Reserve, WebOrder&StoreReturns.

At the in-house exhibition, the retailers’ orders are now directly entered into the system via a specifically developed SAP Fiori app and are then available for further processing.
