Muhammet Kir

Managing Director

Muhammet Kir, born in 1980, originates from the Stuttgart area and has been living in Bielefeld since 2015.

Since 2016, he has been a managing partner of consenso Consulting GmbH and is responsible for the area development and technology, since 2019, he has been a managing director.

Following his successful studies in business administration with a focus on business informatics at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim, Muhammet Kir started his professional career as an SAP developer for mind solutions GmbH in Walldorf.

Here, he gathered first experiences in the SAP environment in the context of development and was certified as SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP. Afterwards, he was working for rubinion AG in Ulm and jointly responsible for the implementation of SAP HCM at Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH in Kempten.

Since 2010, Muhammet Kir has been working for consenso. As consultant, later senior consultant and solution architect as well as (sub-) project manager his main tasks are the design, realisation and implementation of customer-specific solutions in the environment of various trade projects as well as innovation topics relating to SAP. Among others, he was responsible for the developments in the course of the SAP Retail implementation for Jacques’ Wein-Depot.

 

Rainer Nolte

Managing Director

Rainer Nolte, born in 1966, has been one of the company’s managing partners since its business formation in the year 2000.

Following his studies in business administration at the University of Paderborn, Rainer Nolte started as project manager for Metro AG and gained his first experience in the retail and trade environment. As consulting director for the companies S&P and subsequently TDS AG, he accompanied and was responsible for a variety of projects for renowned companies until 2000.

In the year 2000, Rainer Nolte and Andreas Lorch founded the company global-e-net ISS, which was relaunched in 2008 as today’s consenso Consulting GmbH.

Since the beginning of the self-employment, Rainer Nolte has consistently focused on the retail environment – being responsible for the execution of various projects. Among others, Rainer Nolte was responsible for projects such as BayWa 2000+ for the company BayWa before he took over responsibility as program manager for EDEKA’s LUNAR project.

 

Achim Sieren

Managing Director

Until the end of 1991 and trained as a banker, Achim Sieren (born in 1960) had worked in different departments of Westdeutsche Landesbank in Dusseldorf before he supported selected projects in the market sector banking/insurance as a senior consultant for CAP Gemini.

Following the takeover of CAP Gemini by debis Systemhaus in 1992, he undertook sales and management functions in the market sector trade until mid-1999.

Afterwards and over many years, Achim Sieren successfully established and developed Wincor Nixdorf’s SAP consulting business in the sector trade/retail as a managing director. As of 2008, he was responsible for the global setup and expansion Wincor Nixdorf’s professional services for trading companies.

In December 2013, Achim Sieren changed to GK Software AG in Schöneck, where he was the responsible chief operating officer for the areas sales, projects and services.

Since January 2016, Achim Sieren has strengthened the management board of consenso Consulting GmbH and will in particular develop and expand the positive business development based on his many years of intimate knowledge of the market sector trade.

 

Marc Weber

Managing Director

Marc Weber, born in 1973, completed his studies in business administration with a focus on information management at the private University of Applied Sciences (FHDW) in Paderborn. In 1997, he started his professional career as a consultant within the SAP environment for the business consultancy S&P, respectively TDS AG.

In June 2000, Marc Weber changed to the newly founded global-e-net ISS which relaunched under consenso Consulting GmbH in 2008.

Since the beginning of his consultant career, Marc Weber has been working on numerous projects and in various roles as consultant, sub-project and project manager. He has been primarily concerned with tasks in the areas of aftersales services, logistics and master data in the environment of miscellaneous retailing projects.

Among others, Marc Weber took care of the functional overall project management for the implementation of a car trade solution (Dealer Management System) for VAPS EDV-Service Vertrieb GmbH. Subsequently, his responsibilities included the project management for the central master data management with EDEKA LUNAR GmbH and many more.

 

Alexander Angerhausen

Managing Partner

Alexander Angerhausen, born in 1983 in the Münsterland region, is still attached to this region today with his residence in Rheine.

He has been working for consenso Consulting GmbH since 2011. Since 2019, he has been the responsible Managing Partner for consenso’s business area Omni-Channel & Store Solutions together with Marcel Ruholl.

Already during his studies at the University of Giessen, during various practice phases, Alexander Angerhausen could gain initial experiences in trade/retail and the SAP environment – specifically with a focus on SD and MM.

Since joining consenso, he has constantly extended these experiences. The starting point was his participation in SAP’s “LUNAR” program for the EDEKA group, specifically in the areas Cut-over Management and Process Integration.

Meanwhile, the functional focus of his work is on the integration of processes across all sales channels via GK Software with SAP Retail and S/4 Merchandise, SAP CAR as well as SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and C/4HANA – with special emphasis on the topics Project Management, Architecture Consulting and Integration Management. A recent example for his work is the successful go-live of SAP OmniPOS by GK and SAP CAR at manufactum in summer 2018, with Alexander Angerhausen in the role of the responsible Project Manager.

 

 

Christian Jerofke

Managing Partner

Christian Jerofke, born in 1964, has been a managing partner of consenso Consulting GmbH since 2013.

After completing his business science studies at Giessen University, Christian Jerofke started his professional career in the purchasing department of a renowned trading company.

As a line manager, he took over responsibility for areas like purchasing, house management and organisation of leading companies. In connection with his tasks and positions, Christian Jerofke was responsible for the implementation of new ERP and analysis systems from the customer perspective.

In 2007, he started as a consultant with global-e-net ISS and has continued his career since the relaunch under consenso Consulting GmbH.

 

Holger Kainz

Managing Partner

Holger Kainz was born in Bielefeld in 1973 and grew up in East-Westphalia.

Following positions in Karlsruhe, Frankfurt and Essen, he has been living in Hamburg since 2005. Since 2018, he has been a managing partner of consenso Consulting GmbH and supports customer acquisition as well as defined existing customers in the area business development.

Following his successful studies in business administration with a focus on trade at the University of Cooperative Education in Karlsruhe, Holger Kainz started his professional career as a manager/purchaser for the Karstadt/Quelle group. In addition to classic tasks in sales and category management, he gathered first experiences in the context of the implementation of customised software.

Since 1998, Holger Kainz has been active in SAP consulting going through the different project roles as specialist consultant, sub-project manager and solution architect, i.a. for SAP Retail Solutions GmbH, Wincor Nixdorf Retail Consulting GmbH and axentiv AG.

Since 2016, Holger Kainz has been working for consenso as executive consultant / managing partner. As solution architect he advises trading companies in the context of digital transformation and relevant cross-channel scenarios and is responsible for their implementation also as project manager.

 

Marcel Ruholl

Managing Partner

Marcel Ruholl, born in 1986 in Greven, still lives in the Münsterland region (Germany) today.

He started his professional career with an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist System Integration in the textile industry in Emsdetten followed by an employment as System Administrator. Afterwards, he worked as a System Engineer for a media agency in Hamburg.

Since March 2011, Marcel Ruholl has been working for consenso Consulting GmbH.

Here, his first project already transferred him into the trading/retail sector. He was involved into SAP’s “LUNAR” program for the EDEKA group as a consultant with a focus on retailing processes. Further trade projects followed – as SAP Consultant, later Senior Consultant and Sub-Project Manager. Again and again, Marcel Ruholl has had the opportunity to intensively deal with the solutions by GK Software, thus extending consenso’s expertise in this field step by step.

Since 2015, Marcel Ruholl has been focusing on the topic omni-channel and has been advising our customers especially in the field of process integration. In the role of the Solution Architect or Project Manager, he has participated e.g. in projects for EDEKA, Jacques’ Weindepot or Dänisches Bettenlager. Since 2018, moreover, he has managed omni-channel projects in the Middle East.

Since 2019, Marcel Ruholl has been the responsible Managing Partner for consenso’s business area Omni-Channel & Store Solutions together with Alexander Angerhausen.
