Alexander Angerhausen
Managing Partner
Alexander Angerhausen, born in 1983, has his roots in the Münsterland area and still lives there today, in Rheine.
Alexander Angerhausen has been working for consenso Consulting GmbH since 2011. Between 2019 and 2022, he was responsible for the field of Omnichannel & Store Solutions in the role of Managing Partner together with Marcel Ruholl. Since 01.01.2023, he has taken over responsibility for the area of Digitisation.
During his studies at the University of Gießen, Alexander Angerhausen could already gain first practical experience in the trade and retail sector as well as in the SAP environment – with a specific focus on the modules SD and MM. He has steadily built on this experience since he joined consenso. The starting point was his involvement in the SAP program "LUNAR" of the EDEKA Group, particularly in the areas of cut-over management and process integration.
Today, Alexander Angerhausen's main roles in consenso's projects include project management, architecture consulting and integration management. His technical focus is on process integration across the sales channel via GK software with SAP Retail and S/4 Merchandise, SAP CAR as well as SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and C/4HANA.
A recent example of his work is the successful go-live of SAP OmniPOS by GK and SAP CAR at manufactum in summer 2018, where Alexander Angerhausen was the responsible Project Manager.

Following positions in Karlsruhe, Frankfurt and Essen, he has been living in Hamburg since 2005. Since 2018, he has been a managing partner of consenso Consulting GmbH and supports customer acquisition as well as defined existing customers in the area business development.
Following his successful studies in business administration with a focus on trade at the University of Cooperative Education in Karlsruhe, Holger Kainz started his professional career as a manager/purchaser for the Karstadt/Quelle group. In addition to classic tasks in sales and category management, he gathered first experiences in the context of the implementation of customised software.
Since 1998, Holger Kainz has been active in SAP consulting going through the different project roles as specialist consultant, sub-project manager and solution architect, i.a. for SAP Retail Solutions GmbH, Wincor Nixdorf Retail Consulting GmbH and axentiv AG.
Since 2016, Holger Kainz has been working for consenso as executive consultant / managing partner. As solution architect he advises trading companies in the context of digital transformation and relevant cross-channel scenarios and is responsible for their implementation also as project manager.
Marcel Ruholl
Managing Partner
Marcel Ruholl, born in 1986 in Greven, still lives in the Münsterland region (Germany) today.
He started his professional career with an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist System Integration in the textile industry in Emsdetten followed by an employment as System Administrator. Afterwards, he worked as a System Engineer for a media agency in Hamburg.
Marcel Ruholl has been working for consenso Consulting GmbH since March 2011.
His first project already took him into the retail industry. In the SAP program "LUNAR" of the EDEKA Group, he worked as a consultant with a focus on retail processes. Further retail projects followed – as SAP Consultant, later Senior Consultant and Sub-Project Manager. Time and again, Marcel Ruholl also had the opportunity to work intensively with partner solutions, such as GK Software, and thus successively expanded consenso's expertise in this area.
Since 2015, Marcel Ruholl has been focused on omnichannel and advises consenso's customers, particularly in the area of process and platform integration. As a Solution Architect and Project Manager, he has been involved in projects e.g. at EDEKA, Jacques' Wein-Depot and JYSK (formerly Dänisches Bettenlager). Since 2018, he has also been in charge of omnichannel projects in the Middle East.
He is currently active in customer projects such as AGRAVIS and TOM TAILOR, where his focus is clearly on omnichannel and store processes. Classical topics such as SAP OmniPOS implementations are combined with digital retail services such as consenso's PriceEngine.
Consequently, since 2019 Marcel Ruholl has been responsible for consenso's Omnichannel & Store Solutions division as Managing Partner together with Alexander Angerhausen, and since 01.01.2023 he has taken on this task alone.
When it comes to sports, Marcel has successfully dedicated himself to triathlon. Accordingly, we are always happy to welcome him at consenso events such as the TriCamp or as a participant in company runs!
Waldemar Krause
Associate Partner
Waldemar Krause lives in Bavaria near Bamberg and has been working for consenso Consulting since 2016, acting as Associate Partner since 2023.
Before joining consenso, he successfully completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
At that time, Waldemar Krause had already gained several years of experience in a large trading company for fastening elements, where he started working after graduating with a bachelor's degree. There, in addition to sales activities, he supported the development of a new division for the modern supply of customers with customised parts.
Waldemar Krause has been able to apply and deepen his SAP knowledge in many challenging projects as Senior Consultant, Sub-Project Manager or Project Manager with various customers from the retail sector.
Today, apart from the integration of omnichannel processes into SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR or SAP F&R, the focus of his work is on various procurement-to-pay processes. Here, his technical focus is on forecast-based planning and scheduling (disposition).
